Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped once payment is verified. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on the way.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and courier selection.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You can track shipments using the provided courier tracking or your installed return/shipping app such as:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, additional fees like import duties, taxes, or customs charges may be applied by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and are not controlled or covered by our store.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, mailrooms, or leasing offices

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number

  3. Email us if you still need help

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missing information, we will attempt to contact you.
Additional reshipping fees may be required if the courier returns the package. 

Return to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address

  • unclaimed shipment

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal to pay customs fees

It becomes your responsibility to pay for reshipping (if you want the item) or request a refund under return eligibility inspection.
